Note:
Only Lockbox entries with an "Input" status may be deleted.
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Lockbox Data Entry. The Lockbox Account Summary Form appears.
Click the Input/Modify Tab. All Lockbox entries with an "Input" status are listed. Note: An "Input" status is assigned to entries that have been entered but have not been committed to the database. If there are no lockbox entries with an Input status, the summary list is empty.
Select the lockbox entry you want to delete. To select multiple entries, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as to click to select individual lines.
Click Delete. The Reason dialog box appears.
Enter a reason for deleting the entry and click OK to close the dialog box. Note: If you are deleting multiple entries, enter the same reason. If the same reason does not apply, delete each entry separately.
