The Contracts/Assets Inquiry retrieves information on current and matured loans that you have with Citibank and displays detailed information pertaining to individual loans and any assets backing them. Use the Criteria Tab to specify search criteria to obtain the information you need.
Notes:
There are two options for viewing information: Page View and Split View.
To ensure that the search criteria you enter is complete and accurate and that all related fields are populated, it is best to click Library Look-Up buttons, where available, and select criteria from library results lists.

To specify search criteria and submit a Contracts/Assets Inquiry:
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Inquiries, and then click Contracts/Assets. The Contracts/Assets Inquiry Summary Form appears.
Click the Criteria Tab.
In the Branch Code/Branch Number field, enter the Branch Code or click the Library Look-Up button and select a branch code. When you select the branch code from the library list, the name field is automatically populated.
In the Customer Base Number/Customer Number field, enter the complete customer base number or click the Library Look-Up button and select a customer base number.
To submit this inquiry, you must enter criteria in the Branch Code and Customer Base Number fields. If you want more specific inquiry results, enter criteria in the following optional criteria fields: Product, Currency, Start Date, Maturity Date, and/or Financed Amount fields.
Click Submit. The Contracts/Assets Inquiry is run and the results appear on the Contracts/Assets Inquiry: Contract Summary Tab.
Notes:
To print a listing of the search criteria used for this inquiry, click Print.
To submit a new inquiry, click Clear Criteria, enter new search criteria, and click Submit.
