To view header account details

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Liquidity Management.  The Liquidity Management Summary Form appears.

2. Click the View Tab. All existing liquidity structures that you are entitled to see are listed, regardless of status.  Note:  The list is grouped by Product Type, then Structure Type; and within structure type, in Header Account Name order.

3. Select the liquidity structure containing the header account you want to view.  Only one structure may be selected.  Note:  To find a specific liquidity structure, click Other Options, and then click Search.

4. Click Go to Structure.  The Define Structure Form appears.  All accounts within the selected structure are listed in a tree diagram.  Note:  Click the plus sign (+) to the left of an account number to expand the tree diagram to see account relationships within the structure.

5. Select the header account (the first account in the tree diagram).

6. Click Go to Details.  The Header Details dialog box, containing the following details for the selected account, appears:

• Full Legal Name

• Country of Domicile

• Tier Number

• Customer Preferred Effective Date

• Acct Implementation Date

• Type of Balance Moved

Notes:

• Credit interest on the Header Account may be tiered. The maximum number of tiers is defined by the Branch.  Currently a maximum of four (4) tiers of interest may be used.

• Debit Interest on the Header Account may be tiered. Currently a maximum of three (3) tiers of interest may be used.  The maximum number of tiers is defined by the Branch.

• The interest shown here is the actual interest earned on the header account.

• The maximum number of tiers is defined by Product/Structure Type.

• To print the information on the Header Details dialog box, click Print.

• To close the Header Details dialog box and return to the Define Structure Form, click Cancel.
