Complete the Structure Definition Form to add accounts to the new structure.
To complete the Define Structure Form (Step 3):
Select the Structure Header Account.
Click Add Account. The List of Available Accounts dialog box containing a list of cash accounts that are eligible to be added to the structure appears.
Select one or more accounts. To select multiple accounts, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select accounts that are not sequential.
Click OK. The accounts are listed directly below the Structure Header Account on the Define Structure Form.
Drag the cursor down the added accounts list to select all added accounts, and then click Edit. A Details dialog box containing the details of the first selected account appears.
The Customer Preferred Effective Date field defaults to the date of the header account. To change the preferred effective date, click the drop-down arrow and select a date from the calendar.
Enter any additional information for the current account in any of the available fields. Note: Most fields are specific to the structure and protected from input.
Click Save. If more than one account was selected on the Define Structure Form, the details of the next selected account appear.
Repeat steps 6 through 8 until you have entered information for all selected accounts. Note: When the detail form contains the details of the last selected account and you click Save, the Define Structure Form appears.
On the Define Structure Form, click Submit. The new liquidity structure status changes to "Authorization Req'd," if specified in Flow Control requirements. If authorization is not required, the structure is submitted to Citibank for processing.
–OR–
Click Hold-Save to save all of the information for this structure and remain on the Define Structure Form. The new liquidity structure status remains "Input."
Notes:
An available account is defined as an account that you are entitled to see that is in the same branch and currency as the Header account and that is not already in another structure.
For a single-entity structure, the participant/legal entity must also be the same as that of the header.
Only Concentration Structures may be multi-tiered and the maximum number of tiers is defined for the Product Type and Branch.
When a structure is tiered, accounts may be added at any level.
All structure details must be approved by Citibank prior to implementation. The number and type of approvals required are defined by region and product.
If this is a cross-border concentration structure, the header account should be the concentration account in the concentration center.
If this is a domestic structure, the structure header should be the header of the structure within the branch.
