To replay a transaction

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Message Replay Utility.  The Message Replay Utility Input Form appears.

  2. Click the Input Tab.  All transactions to which you are entitled are listed by service class.

  3. In the Service Class field, click the drop-down arrow and select the appropriate service class.  Note:  The criteria and search results will be different for each service class.  The rows on the summary form will automatically populate for the selected service class.

  4. Select a message by clicking and highlighting a transaction in the summary form.

  5. Click Submit.  The transaction will be available for viewing within the View Tab with a status of "Replayed".
