Multiple Line Button

CitiDirect forms display some fields, generally address or details fields, in a single line format.  When the multiple line button appears next to a field, the current field contains more information than is currently visible.

To enter or view additional information:

1. Click the Multiple Line button to expand the field.

2. Review any additional information in the field. If necessary type any needed information.

3. Click the Multiple Line button a second time to return the field to its original size.
