Summary forms list the summary details of records that are in a similar state within the CitiDirect workflow process. Click on an area or label on this sample summary form for a description. To close the description window, position the mouse pointer anywhere within the description window and click.

Each line, or row, on a summary form contains one record.
The column heading describes each component (field) of a record.
When a record is selected, the line appears in a different color (highlighted).
Summary level forms provide right-click, or shortcut, menu support for doing the most common tasks. For example, right-click to select all or de-select all items listed or to search for specific records.
