BR01 - Transaction Status Summary Inquiry

The BR01 - Transaction Status Summary Inquiry provides a summary of all transactions received and awaiting issuance by Citigroup.  Each entry represents the accumulation of all contract messages transmitted by the broker against a single Broker Transaction Reference.

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click New Insurance Letters of Credit, and then click Broker Elect System.  The summary form for BR01 - Transaction Status Summary inquiry appears.

2. Click Search and the Search Definition dialog box appears.  Enter Search Criteria to find the customer, and then click Run Search.  All transactions which match the criteria appear on the BR01 Tab summary form.  Note:  The Liability Number or Customer Number field must be populated to submit this inquiry.

3. Choose a transaction from the summary form and click Go To Details.  The BR01 Transaction Status Detail dialog box appears.

What do you want to do?

• Print transaction details

• Go to the BR02 - Participant Status in Transaction Inquiry

• Close the detail form

Note:

• Click Go To Details to view the Detail form for the row selected on the Summary Form.

• Click Go To to view the BR02 - Participant Status in Transaction inquiry.

• To print the information on the summary form, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form.
