You can perform a variety of functions in relation to a Detail form by clicking the Other Options button. A pop-up menu displays a set of optional actions available. These actions are outlined below.
Click Other Options and then select Edit Account Number. The Edit Account Number dialog box opens.
Click the Library Look-Up button and select an account from the Account and Funding Account library.
Click OK or click Cancel to return to the Edit Account Number dialog box.
Click OK or click Cancel to return to the detail form.
Click Other Options and then click Enter/View Comments. The Comments dialog box, listing any existing comments for the selected transaction, appears.
To attach a new comment to the selected transaction, click in the text field and type a comment.
Click OK or click Cancel to return to the detail form.
Notes:
When entering or viewing comments, each transaction must be selected individually.
Comments are cumulative. Ten comments of up to 100 characters are stored, along with the name of the person who entered the comment.
Click Other Options, and then click View Transaction History. The View Transaction History dialog box, containing a list of actions undergone by the selected transaction, appears. Each action is listed with its date/time and the user name of the person who performed the action.
Click OK or Cancel to close the dialog box and return to the detail form.
Notes:
When viewing transaction histories, each transaction must be selected individually.
To print the transaction history, click Print in the View Transaction History dialog box.
Click Other Options, and then click View Transaction Flow. The View Transaction Flow dialog box, containing the state and status of the selected transaction, appears.
Review the transaction flow and click OK to close the dialog box.
Notes:
When viewing a transaction flow comments, each transaction must be selected individually.
States are displayed in ascending order, reflecting the entire transaction life cycle, first state through last.
To print the transaction flow history, click Print in the View Transaction Flow dialog box. The following additional information is printed: Transaction Reference Number, Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary ID (Latin America only), Beneficiary Tax ID (Latin America only).
From a detail form, select the transaction you want to include in your summary list. To select multiple transactions, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Other Options, and then click Print Detail. Transaction details of the selected transactions are printed.
Run TI Detail Report for Single Item
From a detail form, select the transaction for which you want to run a Transaction Initiation Detail Report.
Click Other Options, and then click Run TI Detail Report for Single Item. A Transaction Initiation Detail Report for the selected transaction is run.
To view error messages associated with a transaction, click Other Options and then click View Error Messages. The View Error Messages dialog box appears. Review any errors and click OK to close the dialog box.
Note:
This action is not available if the selected transaction does not have any error messages associated with it.
View Submission/Status Details
Click Other Options and then select View Submission/Status Details. The Submission Details dialog box, containing the submitter's name, the submission date/time and the status, appears.
Click the OK to close the window or click Print to print a copy of the submission details.
Click Other Options and then select View Offline Details. The View Offline Batch Details dialog box, containing the batch name, creation date/time,status and the authorizer name appears.
Click the OK to close the window or click Print to print a copy of the batch details.

Available actions may vary for each tab on the Detail form.
