Always use Library Look-Up buttons to select information for input.
When you click the Library Look Up button to enter Bank Name information, it is necessary to enter at least two (2) filters in the Search Definition dialog box.
Based on settings chosen in Client Preference settings, the Transaction Reference Number may be entered in one of three ways:
Automatically generated by CitiDirect.
With a Prefix that is automatically added to the reference.
Manually.
In order to view all information, click the multiple line button located to the right of the field.
If you do not select from a Library Look-Up, you must enter the entire address. If all address lines are not complete, you will receive an error message. To make sure the address lines are complete, click the multiple line button to the right of the address field.
The way the date is displayed can be set in Client Preference. If no changes are made, the date will be presented as configured in the Windows control panel.
