Beneficiary Account Validation for Europe-Sweden

If the country of the Beneficiary Bank is Sweden and the Beneficiary Account or Other ID Type is "Account," then the following rules apply:

The account numbers should be 16 digits long.  The first four digits should be the Branch Code and  you need this in conjunction with the account number to create the 16 Digit account number.  The account number will be between 7 and 10 digits long.  If the beneficiary supplies you with less than 11 digits you do not have all the necessary digits and you need to contact the beneficiary.  The account number should be numeric and right justified with leading zeros after the branch code.

E.g. Branch 9999 a/c 1234567 should read as 9999000001234567

This number will be validated using the Swedish Account Number validation rules.
