To submit a photocopy request

  1. From the Payment Services Summary Form, click New and select either New From Transaction Details.  The Service Request Detail Form appears.

  2. The Processing Location field defaults to Client Preference settings.  If you want to select a different location, click the Library Look-Up button and select another processing location.

  3. In the Payment Method field, use the drop-down arrow to select the type of payment the service is to be requested for.

  4. In the Payment Service Request Type field, use the drop-down arrow to select Photo Copy Request.  Fields specific to this service request type appear in the lower portion of the Service Request Detail Form.  Note:  The service request types available are restricted depending upon the selected transaction.

  5. Enter the name and address of the person to whom the photocopy should be mailed.

  6. Click the Transaction Details hyperlink to see the details of the payment.  The Payment Details dialog box appears and shows the complete details of the transaction you are requesting a service for.  You may not edit information in this dialog box.  To view all information in a given field, click the multiple line button.  Click OK to return to the Service Request Detail Form.

  7. Click Submit.

  8. For each successful request, the Inquiry Response field of the Service Request Detail Form is updated.
