When you select Unstructured Invoice as the type of invoice form to include with a payment transaction, the Unstructured dialog box appears. This is a "free form" invoice form provided by CitiDirect.
To add information to this sub form, click in the text box.
Enter any text you want to include. Each line may include up to 75 characters. Note: If you enter too many characters on a line, the text will automatically begin on the next line.
Once the Unstructured Invoice form is complete, click OK. The invoice form closes and you are returned to the Payment Detail Form. The invoice is included with the payment transaction when it is submitted.
Notes:
To print the contents of the Unstructured invoice form, click Print.
To delete text on the Unstructured invoice form, highlight the text and press the DELETE key.
To insert text on the Unstructured invoice form, click where you want to insert the text and begin typing.
