Central Bank Reporting Details:  Netherlands

1. In the Nature of Payment Code field, click the Library Look-Up button, and select a payment code.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB01."

2. Nature of Payment Description is automatically populated when Nature of the Payment Code is filled using Library Look-Up.

3. In the National ID field, enter the national ID.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB02."

4. In the Counterparty Country Code field, click the Library Look-Up button, and select a country code.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB03."

5. Counterparty Country Name is automatically populated when Counterparty Country Code is filled using the Library Look-Up.

6. In the Reason for Payment field, enter the reason for the payment.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB09."
