  1. In the Type of Goods field, enter the type of goods.  Note:  CBR codeword is "CB10."

  2. In the Nature of Payment Code (1) field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a payment code.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB11."

  3. Nature of Payment Description (1) is automatically populated when Nature of Payment Code (1) is filled using the Library Look-Up.

  4. In the Country of Purchase field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a country.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB05."

  5. Country Code and Country Name are automatically populated when Country of Purchase is filled using the Library Look-Up.  Note:  The CBR codeword for Country Code is "CB06."

  6. In the (a) Will Goods Be Sold to Non-Residents? field, click the drop-down arrow and select Yes or No in response to the question.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB08A."

  7. In the Type of Goods Sold field, enter the types of goods sold.  This field is required when (a) Will Goods Be Sold to Non-Residents? is Yes.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB10A."

  8. In the Funds Received Date field, enter the date the funds were received.  This field is required when (a) Will Goods Be Sold to Non-Residents? is Yes.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB12."

  9. In the Nature of Payment Code (2) field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a payment code.  This field is required when (a) Will Goods Be Sold to Non-Residents? is Yes.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB11A."

  10. Nature of Payment Description (2) is automatically populated when Nature of Payment Code (2) is filled using the library.  This field is also required when (a) Will Goods Be Sold to Non-Residents? is Yes.

  11. In the Buying Country field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a buying country.  This field is required if (a) Will Goods Be Sold to Non-Residents? is Yes.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB05A."

  12. Buying Country Code and Buying Country Name are automatically populated when Buying Country is filled using the Library Look-Up.  These fields are also required when (a) Will Goods Be Sold to Non-Residents? is Yes.  Notes:  The CBR codeword for Buying Country Code is "CB06A."

  13. In the (b) Will Goods Be Sold to Resident Buyers? field, click the drop-down arrow and select Yes or No.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB08B."

  14. In the Additional Information field, enter additional information.  This field is required when (b) Will Goods Be Sold to Resident Buyers? is Yes.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB09."

  15. In the (c) Will Goods Be Stored Locally Without Sale? field, click the drop-down arrow and select Yes or No.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB08C."

  16. In the (d) Will Goods Be Stored Overseas (Not Sold)? field, click the drop-down arrow and select Yes or No.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB08D."
