1. In the Nature of Payment Code field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a payment code.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB13."  Nature of Payment Description is automatically populated when Nature of Payment Code is filled using the Library Look Up.

2. In the Capital or Service Movement field, click the drop-down arrow and select 4 (Capital) or 2 (Service).  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB01."

3. In the Country of Beneficiary field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a country.  Note:  The CBR codeword for Country of Beneficiary is "CB05."

4. Country Code and Country Name are automatically populated when Country of Beneficiary is filled using the Library Look-Up.  Note:  The CBR codeword for Country Code is "CB06."

5. In the Investment Country field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a country.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB05A."

6. Investment Country Code and Investment Country Name are automatically populated when Investment Country is filled using the Library Look-Up.  Note:  The CBR codeword for Investment Country Code is "CB06A."

7. In the Additional Information field, enter additional information.  Note:  The CBR codeword is "CB09."
