On the Legal Sub-Form, select the check box to the left of S.U.S.S. RG 4052.
Click the SUS Tab.
In the Place field, enter the name of the place.
In the Form Number field, enter the form number Definition?
In the Gross Income Number field, enter the gross income number.
In the Currency field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a currency.
If you want to add/modify invoice information, click for detailed instructions.
Click New. The Details Dialog box appears.
In the Type of Tax field, enter the type of tax.
In the Retention Base field, enter the retention base. Definition??
In the Tax Amount field, enter the tax amount.
Click Submit to add this invoice to the S.U.S.S.RG 4052 Legal Sub-Form. The Details Dialog box fields clear.
Repeat steps 2 through 4 to add additional invoice details.
Click Cancel to return to the S.U.S.S.RG 4052 form.
Notes:
Click Clear to clear all fields in the Details Dialog box.
Click Print to print the information in the Details Dialog box.
Click Cancel to cancel any additions and return to the S.U.S.S.RG 4052 form.
Select the line containing the invoice to edit.
Click Edit. The Details Dialog box appears.
Make any necessary modifications.
Click Submit to return to the S.U.S.S.RG 4052 form.
Notes:
Click Clear to clear all fields in the Details Dialog box.
Click Print to print the information in the Details Dialog box.
Click Cancel to cancel any additions and return to the S.U.S.S.RG 4052 form.
Select the line containing the invoice to delete.
Click Delete. A Warning dialog box appears.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Once all information is complete, click Preview. The Legal Form Preview dialog box appears.
Review the information and click Print if you want to print this form.
Click OK to close the Legal Form Preview dialog box.
On the SUS Tab, click OK to commit this information to the database and return to the Payments Detail Form.
