To print a summary list of selected records

  1. From a summary form, select the record you want to include in your summary list.  To select multiple records, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you select individual lines that are not sequential.

  2. Click Other Options and then click Print.

Click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the page.

  1. A summary list of the selected records, including column headings, is printed.
