CitiDirect establishes initial default preference values, which you can modify. You may specify your user preferences at both a global and service class level.
Click Preferences, which is located at the bottom of the CitiDirect navigation bar, and then click My Preferences. The My Preferences Summary Form appears.
In the Service Class Name field, click the drop-down arrow and select a service class. All available preference criteria appear in the Please select from the available preference criteria list box on the left. The corresponding default settings appear in the Current preference criteria values list box on the right.
From the Please select from the available Preference criteria list box, select the criteria you want to modify. A Criteria for. . . dialog box, listing all available values, appears. Note: Based on the criteria selected, the content of the dialog box varies.
Select a value and click OK. The modified value appears in the Current preference criteria values list box.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all criteria have been specified.
If you need to modify additional services classes, click the down-arrow in the Service Class Name field and select the service class name. A Save Changes? dialog box appears.
Click Yes to save current changes and continue. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each service class.
Review the Current preference criteria values list box for accuracy and click Submit to process all preference settings. A Notification message box prompting you to log-out and restart CitiDirect appears. Click OK.
Close your CitiDirect browser window to log-out.
Restart CitiDirect to view your modified preference settings.
Notes:
To reset a preference to the default setting, select the preference in the Current preference criteria values list box, and then click Reset to Default.
To reverse any changes that have been made, click Reset.
