To modify existing Netting FX Rates

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Netting FX Rates, the Netting FX Rates Summary Form appears.

2. Click the Input/Modify Tab.  A list of all Netting FX rates appear.  Note:  Fields in bold may be modified directly on the summary form.

3. Select the Netting FX rate you want to modify.  To select multiple Netting FX rates, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

4. Click Go to Details.  The Netting FX Rates Detail Form, containing the details of the first selected FX rate appears.

5. Make the necessary changes.

6. Click Submit.  Note:  If multiple FX rates were selected, the details of the next selected Netting FX rate appears.  If you choose not to modify the current FX rate, click Next to view the details of the next selected FX rate.  Once the detail form contains the details of the last selected Netting FX rate, click Next or Save to return to the summary form.

Notes:

• Modified FX rates are treated as new and subject to all flow control requirements.

• To return to the summary form at any time, click Return to Summary.

• To go to the Manage Netting Cycle Form, click Other Options, and then click Manage Netting Cycle.  Click here for information on Manage Netting Cycle.

• To print the details of the selected FX rate, click Other Options, and then click Print.
