To view report output detail

The Output Detail dialog box displays the details related to the creation of the selected output.  In addition, this dialog box lists all selected criteria and provides a Message list box where additional information may be entered.

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click All Reports, and then select a service class.  All reports in the selected service class appear in the left pane of the Report Summary Form.  Note:  The names of any edited reports are listed below their corresponding CitiDirect base report.

  2. Select the report you want to edit.  Note:  Any previously run versions (output) of the selected report appear on the View Reports Tab.

  1. When the report status changes to "Available," click on it to select it.  Note:  You cannot view the output details until the status is "Available."

  1. Click Other Options and select Details.  Note:  If the status of the report is "Failed," the message box lists an error message explaining the failure.

  1. Click OK to close the dialog box.
