On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click All Reports, and then select Report Customizer. All base layouts available for layout customization appear in the Layout Summary list box on the Report Customizer Layout Summary Form. Note: The names of any saved report layouts are listed below their corresponding CitiDirect base report layout.
In the Layout Summary list box, select the desired base layout. Any specified layout details for that report layout appear in the list box.
Click Edit Layout. The Edit Layout Summary Form appears.
On the Report Layout tab, specify layout preferences. For more detailed information on specifying report layout, click here.
On the Field Details tab, specify field-specific preferences. For more detailed information on specifying field preferences, click here.
Click Save to save the custom report layout created. A dialog box appears prompting you to name the report layout.

Click Save And Preview to save and preview the custom report layout created. A dialog box appears prompting you to name the report layout.
Enter a unique name for the report layout and click OK. Note: If you enter the same name as an existing report layout, you will receive an error message. If you click Cancel, the layout will not be saved and you will be returned to the Report Layouts Layout Summary Form.
Notes:
To return to the summary form at any time, click Return to Summary. If any changes have been made, a dialog box appears to prompt you to save those changes.
To remove all customizations and return report layout to the default layout, click Return to Defaults.
