To create a new report layout assignment

When creating a new report layout assignment,

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Report Layout Assigner.  The Report Layouts Assigner Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Input/Modify Tab.  All available report layout assignments are listed.

  3. Click New.  The Report Layout Assigner Detail Form appears.  Note:  Required fields are identified by a red asterisk ( * ).  The blue asterisks ( ** ) indicate that at least one of the fields marked must be populated.

  4. In the Layout Name field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a report layout.  To find a specific report layout, click Search.

  5. The Owner field will be automatically populated based on the report layout selected.

  6. In the Client Name field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a client name.

    In the
    Client Group field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a client group.

  1. Click Assign.  The report layout assignment moves to the next step in the process as defined by Flow Control requirements.

  2. Repeat steps 4 through 7 to assign more report layouts.
