To view existing or enter new comments for a scheduled event

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Automated File and Report Delivery.  The Automated File and Report Delivery Summary Form appears.

  2. From any tab on the Automated File and Report Delivery Summary Form, select a scheduled event.  When entering or viewing comments, scheduled events must be selected individually.

  3. Click Other Options and then click Comments.  The Comments dialog box, listing any existing comments for the selected scheduled event, appears.

  4. To enter a new comment for the selected scheduled event, click New.  A Details Dialog box appears.

  5. Enter any comments you want to add in the Comments text box and click Save.  The Comments text box clears.

  6. Click Close to return to the Comments dialog box.

  7. Click Save to save the details of any comments you entered.  Note:  Comments saved on the Details Dialog box will not be saved with the scheduled event until they are saved from the Comments dialog box.
