To launch the Auto Print/Save applet

The Auto Print/Save applet opens in a separate window and tracks scheduled reports.  The Auto Print/Save applet must be left open for reports to print/save automatically.

If the user logs off CitiDirect, logs off the PC, or if the PC is powered down, reports will not print/save unless the user signs on again and re-opens the applet.  A report set to Auto Print/Save will not print/save if the user logs on to another PC and opens the applet again.  It is possible to open more than one applet window per PC, but only the most recently opened applet under any given user ID will cause reports to print/save.

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Automated File and Report Delivery.  The Automated File and Report Delivery Summary Form appears.

  2. On the Auto Print/Save Tab, click Launch Auto Print/Save.  The Auto Print/Save applet is opened in another window.

  3. As long as the applet is not closed nor another applet opened by the same user, scheduled reports enabled for auto printing/auto saving are printed and/or saved upon completion of their runs.
