The SIMMS (Self Insured Money Management systems) Sub-Account Inquiry is used by customers or Citibank to view a sub-account customer file, which consists of information about the sub-account, such as contact names and reporting formats. Sub-account Maintenance also stores an audit history of the sub-account. The user can view sub-accounts for 90 days beyond the date they are closed. After this time, closed sub-accounts will be deleted. Use the Criteria Tab to enter search criteria to obtain the information you need.
To ensure that the search criteria you enter is complete and accurate and that all related fields are populated, it is best to click Library Look-Up buttons, where available, and select criteria from library results lists.

To specify search criteria and submit a SIMMS Sub-Account Inquiry:
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Inquiries. Click SDR Inquiries and then click SIMMS Sub-Account Inquiry. The SIMMS Sub-Account Inquiry summary form appears.
Click the Criteria Tab. Note: The blue asterisks ( ** ) indicate that at least one of the fields marked must be populated to submit this
In the Omnibus Account Number equals field, click the Library Look-Up button and select an account number. The corresponding account name will be automatically populated.
In the Sub-Account Number equals field, click the Library Look-Up button and select a sub-account number. The corresponding sub-account name will be automatically populated.
To successfully submit this inquiry, you must specify at least one of the two fields listed above.
Click Submit. The inquiry is run and the results appear on the SIMMS Sub-Account Inquiry: Summary Tab.
Notes:
To submit a new inquiry, click Clear Criteria, enter new search criteria, and click Submit.
To print a listing of the search criteria used for this inquiry, click Print.
