Same Day Reconcilement Services is the CitiDirect service class that allows you to submit various service request transactions for reconcilements. Examples of Same Day Reconcilement (SDR) Service Transactions include Add Issuance, Void Issuance, Cancel Issuance, Stop Payment, Stop/Replace Issuance, Legitimate PWI Processing and Exception Items Processing.
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Same Day Reconcilement Services. The Same Day Reconcilement Services Summary Form appears.

A pop-up message will also appear to notify user if there are any Paid-Without-Issuance (PWI) activities to legitimate.
SDR service request transactions may only be submitted on business days, based on the branch code of the transaction. If you attempt to submit new service request transactions or to modify, delete, authorize, or repair existing service request transactions on non-business days, CitiDirect displays the following message: "You are permitted to perform this action only on business days." Although you cannot perform any actions in CitiDirect Same Day Reconcilement Services on holidays, you can still navigate to the respective forms and view your service request transaction details.
