Highlight desired check and click Check Inquiry. The Check Inquiry Dialog Box appears.

If no checks are listed, the Search Definition Dialog Box will appear. Enter the desired criteria within the Search Definition Dialog Box and click Run Search. The Check Inquiry Dialog Box appears with the results of your inquiry.
Highlight desired check and click OK to add the check to the list and return to the Service Request Header form.
