To access Payments Services, click Payments Services on the CitiDirect navigation bar. The Payments Services Summary Form appears.
From any tab on the Services for Payments Summary Form, select a service request. When reviewing request history, requests must be selected individually.
Click Other Options, and then click Transaction History. The Transaction History dialog box, containing the state and status of the selected request, appears.
Review the request history and click OK to close the dialog box.
Notes:
States are displayed in ascending order, reflecting the entire request life cycle, first state through last.
To print the request history, click Print in the Transaction History dialog box.
