To view totals

  1. To view totals for the information retrieved, click Total.  A Totals Dialog box appears with the sums of all amount fields for your inquiry.  Note:  The Totals Dialog box sums the first 400 items.  If the inquiry returned more than 400 items, click More to retrieve the next 400 items.  Then click Total to sum all items.

To view totals for a selected number of records, select the records for which you want to calculate totals, and then click Total.  A Totals Dialog box appears with the sums of all amount fields for the selected records.  Note:  To select multiple records, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you select lines that are not sequential.  If no records are selected, the totals are calculated for all records.

  1. Click Cancel to close the dialog box.
