You can perform a variety of functions in relation to a summary form by clicking the Other Options button. A pop-up menu displays a set of optional actions available. These actions vary by service class and are outlined below.
To make it easy to find information on summary forms and Library Look-Up lists, CitiDirect provides the Search Definition dialog box. Use this dialog box to enter search criteria to find specific transactions, filter data to limit the number of transactions displayed, and to sort summary lists so that they appear in an order that suits your needs.
To begin a search, click Other Options, and then select Search from the menu.
To refresh the summary list with the most recent data, click Other Options and then click Update Screen.
From a summary form, select the transaction you want to include in your summary list. To select multiple transactions, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Other Options and then click Print.
To view error messages associated with a transaction, click Other Options and then click View Errors. The Errors dialog box appears. Review any errors and click OK to close the dialog box.
Note:
This action is not available if the selected transaction does not have any error messages associated with it Therefore, this action is not available for any of the items on the Incoming Messages tab.
From a summary form, select the transaction you want to include in your summary list. To select multiple transactions, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Other Options, and then click Print Detail. Transaction details of the selected transactions are printed.
Click Other Options, and then click View Transaction History. The View Transaction History dialog box, containing a list of actions undergone by the selected transaction, appears. Each action is listed with its date/time and the user name of the person who performed the action.
Click OK or Cancel to close the dialog box and return to the summary form.
Notes:
When viewing transaction histories, each transaction must be selected individually.
To print the transaction history, click Print in the View Transaction History dialog box.
