What should I do, or who can I contact for help, in the event I don’t receive an alert?
Begin by checking the Notification History section to determine if the alert was indeed processed. Check to make sure the e-mail address is correct, and/or the fax machine is set up properly or that the paper did not run out. The training guide will provide more detail on using the Notification History section of the CitiDirect Online Banking Web site. If the alert was not processed for some reason, contact Customer Support.
