Can I issue my own Web server SSL certificate?
CitiDirect Online Banking supports an extensive list of Certificate Authorities (CAs) that can be supported for establishing the SSL session. It is recommended that you choose one of them. We can support your own and other CA certificates, but you will be required to submit this request and allow up approximately two weeks to load it into our system.
