What happens if my file is not on the Web server when AFRD through CitiDirect goes out to retrieve my file?
If the file is not present in the specified client Web server-directory when the schedule executes, then the schedule will fail and wait until the next scheduled run time. Once the file is available, the schedule creator can sign-on to CitiDirect Online Banking, go to the AFRD Input screen and press the Run Now button to execute the schedule as specified without affecting the next schedule occurrence.
