Who has entitlements to use the Run Now option to execute a Schedule?
The Run Now option allows the entitled Schedule Owner to execute a Schedule immediately, without overriding the automated settings of the Schedule. This immediate execution occurs in addition to the Schedule’s automated runs. This option helps prepare for unforeseen events such as the late preparation of an import file or a delay in the delivery of statements. Only the Schedule Owner is able to use the Run Now button to execute a Schedule, with the last Imputer being defined as the Schedule Owner. If someone other than the Schedule Owner attempts to use the Run Now button, the error message “Only the Last Submitter of the Schedule can Run this Schedule” will appear.
