What steps should be taken to ensure that the Run Now option could be used if the Schedule Owner is unavailable?
If the Schedule Owner is unavailable, contingency steps are required to ensure that the Schedule can be executed using the Run Now option. This can be done by changing the Schedule Owner. The user who is designated as the new Schedule Owner should select the Schedule and make a minor change (such as changing the Start Time by a few seconds). Once this change is authorized, the new Schedule Owner will be set. Users should be aware that Schedules run according to the entitlements of the Owner. Therefore, if there are any differences between the original Owner’s entitlements and those of the new Owner, the results of the Schedule may differ. For example, if the new Owner is not entitled to one of the accounts that the original Owner used, data for this account will not be included in an Export file produced by the Schedule.
