Java Package Manager Messages
If you receive Java Package Manager messages during your CitiDirect Online Banking program .cab file download, you must click Yes each time one appears in order to continue with and complete the download.

Important:
Java Package Manager messages may appear once or multiple times. You must click Yes each time one appears to ensure that your download is complete. Clicking No will stop the download and your .cab files may be damaged.

If you click NO on a Java Package Manager message, please proceed as follows to ensure that you receive the updated CitiDirect program .cab file download.

  • Delete the CitiDirect Progam (.cab) files currently on your system.*
  • Sign on to CitiDirect to start the download again.
  • Click Yes each time a Java Package Manager message appears.
