Once an access profile is processed and active, you may modify it.
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Access Management, and then click Access Profile.
Click the Input Tab. All access profiles with a "Processed" status are listed.
Select the access profile you want to modify. To select multiple profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The details of all available entitlement criteria and the current entitlement rights for the first selected access profile appear on the Access Profile Detail Form.
To delete an entitlement right from the access profile: From the Access Profile Details list box (right pane), select the entitlement right you want to delete and click Delete. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes to confirm the deletion. The entitlement is deleted from the details list.
–OR–
To add an entitlement right to the access profile: From the Entitlement Criteria list box (left pane), select the entitlement criteria you want to add. A Set Up Entitlements For. . . confirmation dialog box appears. Based on the entitlement criteria selected, the fields in the Set Up Entitlements For. . . confirmation dialog box vary. Click here for more information on selecting entitlement criteria.
–OR–
To reset all entitlement rights back to their original settings, click Reset.
As you modify entitlement criteria, they appear in the Access Profile Details list on the right side of the form.
Once the access profile is complete, review the Access Profile Details list box for accuracy, and click Submit. The Save As dialog box appears.
Do not edit the access profile name and click OK. The access profile is submitted for Authorization and the details of the next selected access profile appear on the detail form. Note: At this point two profiles with the same name exist: the original with a "Processed" status and the modified profile with an "Authorization Required" status.
Notes:
If multiple access profiles were selected and you do not want to modify the current access profile, click Next to view the details of the next selected access profile. Once this form contains the details of the last selected access profile, click Next or Submit to return to the summary form.
Modifying an access profile will alter the access rights of all users linked to that access profile.
The modified access profile is not available until it is authorized.
The original access profile remains active until the modified access profile is authorized.
If you enter a new name in the Save As dialog box, two profiles with different names will exist: one with the original entitlement rights and one with the modified entitlement rights. The status of the modified profile is changed to "Authorization Required," and the original access profile remains active.
To print the details for the current access profile, click Other Options, and then click Print.
To return to the summary form at any time click Return to Summary.
