The CitiDirect category that provides authorized users with the ability to define user access and specify authorization and flow control requirements for service classes within CitiDirect.
Access Management includes the following service classes:
Access Profile: Enables entitled users (typically Security Managers) to specify the CitiDirect functions or services that a group of one or more users may access.
Client Association: Enables entitled users to switch sessions from one client to another. (Restricted to Citibank personnel only)
Client Contacts: Enables entitled users to enter contact information about key personnel within your organization and view the Citibank personnel identified as key contacts for your accounts.
Client Preference: Enables entitled users (typically Security Managers) to set defaults at a service class level for various fields and processes used within that service class.
Flow Maintenance: Enables entitled users (typically Security Managers) to specify flow controls, which set requirements and authorization levels within specific service classes.
System Configuration: Enables entitled users to specify Cut-Off times for transaction processing within CitiDirect. (Restricted to Citibank personnel only)
User Entitlements: Enables entitled users (typically Security Managers) to assign Access Profiles to CitiDirect users.
User Profile: Enables entitled users (typically Security Managers) to identify and establish new CitiDirect users and specify CitiDirect access times. Once authorized, user profiles initiate the mailing of the security credentials each user needs to log on and use CitiDirect.
