To authorize, send to repair, or reject (cancel) access profiles

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Access Management, and then click Access Profile.

  2. Click the Authorization Req'd Tab.  All access profiles with an "Authorization Req'd" or "Authorization Required for Delete" status that you are entitled to authorize are listed.  If you submitted or deleted an access profile, you cannot authorize it.

  3. Select the access profiles you want to authorize.  If you select only one profile, related details appear in the Access Profile Details list box on the right.  Note:  If you select multiple access profiles, detailed information does not appear.  If you want to review all details before authorizing, select each profile individually.

  4. Click Authorize.

    –OR–

    Click Send to Repair, to indicate that the access profile contains errors.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter the reason for sending the profile to repair and click OK to close the dialog box.  A confirmation message appears and the access profile is sent to the Input Tab and its status changes to "Repair Required."

  5. –OR–

    Click Reject to reject (cancel) the access profiles.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter the reason for rejecting the profile and click OK to close the dialog box.  A confirmation message appears and the access profile is removed.
