User Profile is the CitiDirect service class used to identify and establish CitiDirect users. User Profiles contain information about users, such as their name, address, city, country, and the hours of the week during which they can access CitiDirect.
Click the Access Management category on the CitiDirect navigation bar, and then click User Profile to access the User Profile Summary Form.

Once authorized and submitted to Citibank for processing, user profiles initiate the creation of the security credentials each user must have to log on and begin using CitiDirect.
Based on each user's assigned Access Profiles, CitiDirect determines whether that user will require full access or view-only access.
Users who require full access must have a SafeWord™ Card for log on. Transaction initiation, user profiles, access management are examples of CitiDirect functionality that require full access.
Users who require read-only access must have a Secured Password for log on. Reporting, inquiry, and view-only access to transaction information are examples of CitiDirect functionality that is deemed view-only.
Users requiring full access will be mailed security credentials.
Security Managers will receive an electronic transmission of the secured passwords for users who require view-only access. These passwords can then be distributed to users in a manner deemed appropriate.
