To view client preference settings

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Access Management, and then click Client Preference.

  2. Click the Input Tab.  All available service classes and associated client preference profiles with a status of "Processed" or "Repair Req'd" are listed.

    OR–

    Click the View Tab.  All service classes and associated client preference profiles are listed, regardless of status.

  3. Select a service class.  The client preference settings appear in the Preference Values list box on the right.

  4. If more than one service class is selected, the Preference Values list box is empty. Click Go to Details.  The details of the first selected service class appear on the Client Preference Details Form.

  5. Click Next to view the details of the client preference settings for the next service class selected on the Input Tab.  When the details of the last selected service class have been viewed, click Next to return to the summary form.
