On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Access Management, and then click System Configuration. The System Configuration Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab. All rules with a "Processed," "DEFAULT" or "Repair Required" status are listed.
Select the system configuration rule you want to modify. To select multiple rules, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines. If one system configuration rule is selected, the associated input and output criteria appear in the list box on the right. If multiple rules are selected, the list box is empty.
Click Go to Details. The details of the first selected rule appear on the System Configuration Detail Form.
To delete input or output criteria: From the Selected Criteria list box on the right side of the form, select the input or output criteria and click Delete. The criteria is removed from the list box.

To add new input criteria: From the Available Criteria list box on the left side of the form, select the criteria you want to add. A Set up values for. . . dialog box appears. Select one or more input criteria values and click OK.

To add new output criteria: From the Available Criteria list box on the left, select the criteria you want to add. A dialog box appears. Make the appropriate selections and click OK.
Review the Selected Criteria list box for accuracy and click Submit. The Save As dialog box appears.
Do not change the Name and click OK. The status of the modified system configuration rule is changed to "Authorization Required." At this point, two rules with the same name exist: one with a "Processed" status and the other with an "Authorization Required" status. If multiple system configuration rules were selected on the Input Tab, the details of the next selected rule appears.
Repeat steps 5 through 10 until all selected system configuration rules are modified. Note: If you do not want to modify the current rule, click Next to view the details of the next rule selected on the Input Tab. When the detail form contains the details of the last selected system configuration rule, click Next or Submit to return to the summary form.
Notes:
To print the details for the current system configuration rule, click Other Options, and then click Print.
To return to the summary form at any time click Return to Summary.
To clear all selected input and output criteria, click Reset.
The modified system configuration rule is not available until it is authorized.
The original system configuration rule remains in effect until the modified rule is authorized.
The person who submits the rule modifications cannot authorize them.
