On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Solution Packager. The Solution Package Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab, and then click New. The Solution Package Details Form appears. Note: All available Service Classes/criteria are listed in the Service Classes/Criteria list box on the left, and the Current service class criteria values list box on the right is empty.
In the Solution Package Name field, enter a unique name for the solution package.
In the Solution Package Description field, enter a description of the solution package.
From the Please
select from the available services classes/criteria list box, select
the service class you want to add to the solution package. Note: A
plus sign (+) to the left of a service class indicates that you can select
criteria within that service class. To
see a list of available criteria, click the plus sign (+).
Based on the Service Class or Criteria selected, a Set
up entitlements for. . . confirmation dialog box appears.
If service classes are added at the service class level, the solution
package provides access to all functions associated with that service
class.
As you select Service Classes and confirm your selections, they appear in the Current service class criteria values list box on the right side of the detail form.
Review the Current service class criteria values list box for accuracy, and then click Submit. The Solution Package Detail Form clears and the solution package moves to the next step in the process as defined by Flow Control requirements. Note: If there are any errors when you submit the solution package, an Errors dialog box, listing the errors, appears. Click OK to return to the Solution Package Details Form. Correct the error and click Submit.
Notes:
To clear all your selections at any time, click Reset.
To remove a particular service class or criteria from the Current service class criteria values list box, select it, and click Delete.
To print the information on the Solution Packager Details Form, click Other Options, and then click Print or click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the detail form.
To return to the summary form at any time, click Return to Summary.
