To view the contents of a solution package

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Solution Packager.  The Solution Package Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Input Tab.  All solution packages with a "Processed" or "Repair Required" status are listed.

  3. Select a solution package.  To select multiple solution packages, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CRTL key as you click to select lines that are not sequential.  If one solution package is selected, the details appear in the Service Class Privileges list box on the right.  If more than one solution package is selected, the list box is empty.

  4. Click Go to Details.  The details of the first selected solution package appear on the Solution Package Details Form.

  5. Review the details.

  6. If multiple solution packages were selected, click Next to view the details of the next selected solution package.  When the details of the last selected solution package have been viewed, click Next to return to the summary form.
