To authorize, send to repair, or reject solution packages

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Solution Packager.  The Solution Package Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Authorization Req'd Tab.  All solution packages with an "Authorization Required" or "Authorization Required for Delete" status that you are entitled to authorize are listed.  Note:  If you submitted or deleted a solution package, you cannot authorize it.

  3. Select the solution packages you want to authorize.  If you select a single solution package, related details appear in the Service Class Privileges list box on the right.  Note:  If you select multiple solution packages, detailed information does not appear.  If you want to review all details before authorizing, select each solution package individually.

  4. Click Authorize.

    Click Send to Repair, to indicate that the solution package contains errors.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter the reason for sending the solution package to repair and click OK to close the dialog box.  A confirmation message appears and the solution package is sent to the Input Tab and its status changes to "Repair Required."

    –OR–

    Click Reject to reject (cancel) the solution packages.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter the reason for rejecting the solution packages and click OK to close the dialog box.  A confirmation message appears and the solution package is removed.
