On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Client Definition. The Client Definition Summary Form appears.
Click the View Tab. All client definition records are listed, regardless of status.
Select the client definition record for which you want to view detailed information. To select multiple client definition records, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The details of the first selected client definition record appear on the Client Definition Details Form.
If multiple records were selected, click Next. The details of the next selected record appear. Continue to click Next until you have viewed the details of all the selected client definition records. Note: When the form contains the details of the last selected record, click Next to return to the summary form.
Notes:
To view security contact details, select the security contact name in the Security Contact list box and click Details.
To return to the summary form, click Return to Summary.
To print the details of the current client definition record, click Other Options and then click Print or click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the detail form.
