On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Solution Assigner. The Solution Assigner Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab. A Search Definition Dialog box appears to allow you to specify search criteria by Client Name, Solution Package Name or status of the assignment.
Specify the search criteria and click Run Search. Records that fit your search criteria appear.
Select the client/solution package assignment you want to delete. To select multiple assignments, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Delete. A Reason dialog box appears.
Enter a reason for deleting the assignment and click OK. Click Cancel to return to the Input tab without deleting the selected assignments. Note: You must enter the same reason for all selected client/solution package assignments. If different reasons apply, select and delete each assignment individually.
Note:
You may not delete assignments with a status of "Authorization Required."
