To view client/solution package assignment details

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Solution Assigner.  The Solution Assigner Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the View Tab.  A Search Definition Dialog box appears to allow you to specify search criteria by Client Name, Solution Package Name or status of the assignment.

  3. Specify the search criteria and click Run Search.  Records that fit your search criteria appear.

  4. Select the client/solution package assignment you want to view.

  5. Click Go to Details.  The Solution Assigner Detail Form appears.

  6. Review the client/solution package assignment details.
