On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Default Access Profile. The Default Access Profile Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab.
Click New. A Library Look-Up dialog box appears. From the list of processed solution packages, select a solution package and click OK. The Default Access Profiles Detail Form appears.
All available Entitlement Criteria are listed in the Entitlement Criteria list box on the left, and the Access Profile Details list box on the right is empty. Note: Available entitlement criteria are derived from the selected solution package.
From the Entitlement Criteria list box, select the entitlement criteria you want to assign to the default access profile. Based on the Entitlement Criteria selected, a Set up entitlements for. . . confirmation dialog box appears. Note: You may assign entitlement rights at the service class or process/activity level. If entitlement rights are assigned at the service class level, the access profile grants entitlement rights to all processes/activities associated with that service class.
In the Set up entitlements for (service class) dialog box, click Yes to entitle all processes/activities associated with that service class.

In the Set up entitlements for Processes dialog box, hold the CTRL key as you click to select the appropriate criteria from the Process Description list and click OK. Note: As you select Entitlement Criteria and confirm your selections, they appear in the Access Profile Details list box on the right side of the detail form.
Review the Access Profile Details list box for accuracy, and then click Submit. The Save As dialog box appears.
In the Save As dialog box, enter a name for the new default access profile and click OK.
Note:
The new default access profile is not available until it meets all Flow Control requirements.
